A Polk-area woman who was accused of firing three shots at her boyfriend last year was sentenced Friday to time in the Venango County Jail and to four years probation.
55 year-old Jodi Moody was given a jail term of ten months to two years less one day on a single count of aggravated assault. In a plea entered in March, four other charges, including attempted homicide, were dismissed.
Police said the shots were fired at the couple’s home in Victory Township last September. The 60 year-old boyfriend was not injured.
Moody was later apprehended in Farrell in western Mercer County.
